    Hi,

    To address an issue that was earlier brought to our attention in the NYC1 datacenter, we're planning a maintenance on our IPFabric to avoid future interruptions.

    During the maintenance, there'll be roughly a 5-10 minute network interruption to most of the NYC1 location.

    This is necessary to ensure uptime and reliability from our services.

    During the planned maintenance our engineering team will be performing software upgrades to our filtering cluster in Frankfurt. Due to this, performance of the cluster may be slightly reduced. We are undertaking these measures to enhance the overall reliability and stability of the service.

    While we aim to minimize disruptions, you may experience some minor network interruptions during this period.

    We appreciate your understanding and patience, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your satisfaction and smooth operation of our services always remains our top priority.
